Cancellation Policy and Make up Lesson Policy


In order to maximize your client’s progress, it is critical that you attend all treatment sessions.  Arriving late or missing appointments impairs your client’s ability to progress, disrupts staff schedules, limits other clients’ abilities to get appointments. Please note the following policy:

 

    1. Since we reserve your appointment time especially for you, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. No shows will result of the entire appointment amount being charged to your credit card or to your next appointment.
    2. When you are late, you will lose your time of start from your appointment time. We will apply as much lashes as possible with the remaining time left. Please understand that your technician can not extend your lash time because there may be other customer coming right after. It would not be fair to make other wait.
    3. More than 20-30 mins late, It considered as cancelled. You may have to reschedule

-This agreement will remain in effect for the procedure and all future procedures conducted by BX Lashes.

-I understand that this agreement is binding and I have read and fully understand all information listed above. I represent that I am over the age of 18.

    Good afternoon. I have an appointment with Annie on July 8. I would like to reschedule it for Friday July 14. I will be out of town on July 8 and my next day off is July 14. Can I please schedule my appointment for Friday, July 14 at 9 am? Please let me know. Thank you
